E-420A带刀片皮机  Band Knife Splitting Machine    本机适用于皮革制品行业中，厚度在8毫米，宽度在420毫米之内的皮革进行片薄，片均的设备。 1.    本机具带刀自动推进装置，刀口磨耗减短后，自动推进装置会将带刀往前推，使其刀口恒定维持在一直线上。 2.    精密磨刀装置，操作方便并可确保刀口两边之斜度保持相等。 3.    本机用途多，除具有一般片皮机功能外，尚可同时以模子控制进行皮面边沿的削薄工作。 4.    推进轮下轮子高度及压力均可自由调节，故对材料之适应性相当强。 5.    具有屑皮自动吸出装置，可防止屑皮之阻积。 6.    自动吸出泵经特殊设计，运转安静。   Uniform Feeding: Top andbottom drive feed the leather uniformly into the machine. 1.    Dust Collection System:Machine comes equipped with a useful vacuum cleaning system which collects thedust and leather waste quickly. 2.    Longer band knife life: Aspecial sharpening mechanism ensures that the band knife is always sharp andclean for accurate slicing.
