YE-292C湿热定型机 Steam Forming Machine

• 适用于鞋绷帮结束后，利用高温蒸汽及干燥之热气高效率软化帮面，继而用强风拂化帮面，以达到快速定型效果。
• 采用喷射式风管设计，特制不锈钢加温室，使热风和蒸气高速对流，以消除帮面内应力，达到去皱与干燥定型之目的，使帮面更贴楦，彻底改变了传统热定型用加热管直接对帮面进行不科学的烘烤的工艺，从而避免了帮面因烘烤面而损坏原有皮质柔韧性与光泽的弊端。
• 加温室采用内循环结构，有利于加快帮面定型速度，亦可节约电能和鞋楦。
• 本机以无级调速马达驱动, 速度准确可调，整机运作安全、可靠。
• 配有直观的数显温度控制器，可依鞋材调至最佳使用温度。
• 配有蒸汽时间调节控制器，可随时调整蒸汽量。
