YE-218A鞋面定型机  Instep Moulding Machine

• 本机适用于女高跟鞋和男女靴类在结帮之前对鞋面的定型作业。
• 胶模采用耐磨耐热硅胶；外铝模温度可达200℃。
• 定型后，内衫贴全紧密，不起皱，不变形，不起泡，且可减少破损。
• 可及时造型打样，减少样品开发时间，降低成本，并能更好的满足客户要求。
• 鞋背的准确定型更易于前帮机的操作，从而可提高产量。
• 下模可随意调节而达到不同需要的距度，更贴楦。

• This machine is suitable for the women’shigh-heeled shoes and men’s shoes. It moulds the vamp of the shoe before toelasting.
• The jelly mould is made of wear-resisting andheat-resisting silica gel. Outside of the aluminum mould the temperature mayreach200°C.
• After moulding, in the upper leather sticks well to the lining.No corrugation, no distortion, no bubbles are there. It reduces the breakage ofthe leather.
• The moulding is done quickly. The machine reduces time ofdevelopment of the 1^st sample, reduces the cost and meets customers’request better.
• After you use this machine for moulding of the vamp theproductivity of the work on other machines raises.
• The mould may be adjusted according to the size ofthe shoetree.
